What you'll do

• Spend 50–60% of time on classroom coaching with teachers through planning, demonstration, observation, co-teaching, and lesson study
• use remaining time for training, staff professional development, data review, coordination, and records. Support school- and team-based professional learning, analyze achievement and development data, help teachers use research and assessment strategies, support instructional practices, and communicate progress and obstacles to stakeholders.
