Health Services Manager — Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

What you'll do

• Support daily Health Services operations
• provide nursing assessment, clinical guidance, medication-related support, and direct nursing services within RN or LPN scope
• monitor resident conditions and care plans
• coordinate care with families and outside providers
• train and mentor employees
• assist with staffing and scheduling
• conduct chart reviews and audits
• support EHR use, QAPI initiatives, regulatory surveys, and compliance.

Why this role

Requires an active Colorado RN or LPN license, at least three years of nursing or progressive clinical experience, leadership or healthcare operations experience, CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain them, and a valid Colorado driver’s license. Includes participation in an on-call rotation and Manager on Duty program as assigned.
