What you'll do

• Work with project managers and stakeholder teams on drinking water and wastewater construction engineering services
• serve as a liaison among client, contractor, and design team
• interpret plans and enforce contract document requirements
• prepare punch lists and monitor completion
• understand pay estimates, change orders, and record drawings
• help resolve disagreements and conflicts
• maintain or obtain Iowa DOT TTCP certification.

Why this role
