What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations using escalation procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials as directed
• document patrols, incidents, and daily activities
• communicate relevant information to site contacts and company leadership.
