What you'll do

• Provide production support for Kubernetes and Apigee Hybrid
• troubleshoot workloads, API gateways, routing, certificates, TLS, DNS, HTTP, and connectivity
• use AWS, Linux, Splunk, and CloudWatch
• lead incident triage
• coordinate resolution
• support releases, platform changes, failover, and recovery
• maintain documentation and improve automation and resiliency
• participate in rotating 24x7 on-call coverage.
