The role also communicates volume levels to management and staff; to-go host duties may follow successful host work or General Manager approval.

What you'll do

• Greet guests, explain and direct the seating system, oversee restaurant layout, ensure tables are cleared and reset, and communicate volume levels to management and staff.
• To-go host duties, when assigned, include answering calls, assisting to-go guests at their cars, handling handheld payment devices and cash, and supporting regular hosts.
