The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – In-Home role is hybrid and serves clients in and around Frederick, Maryland. Compensation is $90–$100 per hour. Ahead ABA provides RBT support and is expanding in Maryland. The BCBA assesses new clients, develops plans, supervises and trains Registered Behavior Technicians, guides parents and caregivers, and keeps notes and data current. This work supports client services and helps families and care teams follow individualized plans.
