What you'll do

• Organize application orders and fertilizer loads
• dispatch equipment to customers
• coordinate tender-truck loading
• provide clear maps and directions using MZB Dispatch
• communicate staffing and inventory needs across locations
• assist with regional operational planning and asset management
• coordinate training
• support claims and electronic dispatch improvements
• follow safety, OSHA, vehicle, fleet, and DOT requirements.
