Compensation is $29–$42 per year. The Surgical Technologist - Student Program is an onsite role based in Duluth, MN. 82 - $41.81 per hour. This position supports the Surgery department at St. Mary's Medical Center, contributing to Essentia Health's mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care. This role exists to provide technical interventions in the operating room under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The student technologist assists with instrumentation, equipment, and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients of all ages during surgical procedures.

• Provide technical interventions in the operating room under RN supervision.
• Manage instrumentation, equipment, prosthesis, and supplies.
• Participate in a paid education benefit program.
