What you'll do

• Analyze business needs and prepare reporting and insights for Quarterly Business Reviews
• develop and monitor clearance KPIs
• partner with Compliance, Customs, Trade Policy, and Operations on regulatory requirements
• collect, clean, and reconcile data from internal and external systems
• build dashboards and reporting tools
• support clearance optimization projects
• conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
• prepare monthly reports and databases
• analyze service incidents and process weaknesses
• support projects and implementations.
