What you'll do

• Perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• work on hospital equipment, properties, and grounds
• make changes to building automation systems
• troubleshoot boilers and chillers
• record generator readings
• repair or replace sheaths and mechanical seals associated with electrical motors
• apply advanced HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing skills.

Why this role

A North Carolina limited or unlimited license in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is required. The schedule is normally eight hours a day, five days per week, with rotating call and weekend coverage and possible emergency hours.
