• Prepare pastries and menu items according to recipes and portion standards
• chop, measure, mix, and assemble ingredients
• support baking and production
• maintain a clean workstation
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• label and store food
• assist with deliveries and communicate quality or safety issues.
