This role exists to ensure the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered and maintained. The Director manages personnel, oversees clinical outcomes, and ensures financial and operational accountability for the assigned accounts.

What you'll do

• Manage rehabilitation services, provide direct patient care, monitor clinical standards, manage personnel, ensure evidence-based care, review therapist outcomes, remove treatment barriers, conduct staff evaluations, hire therapy staff, manage daily staffing and utilization, administer financial controls, and maintain facility management relationships.
