What you'll do

• Prepare tax filings and responses to tax auditor inquiries
• analyze tax laws, regulations, and procedures
• implement projects related to filings and audits
• summarize tax information and reports
• collaborate with internal departments and external consultants
• analyze mergers and acquisitions and tax structures
• research and plan for transactions
• serve as tax liaison to business units and subsidiaries
• support transition planning and implementation of tax processes
• contribute analyses and recommendations, process improvements, and tax planning initiatives
• mentor and develop tax analysis.
