Reservations and Rapid Response Sales Agent

The Reservations and Rapid Response Sales Agent is an onsite role in Horseshoe Bay, TX, scheduled five days per week on a rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $15 per hour plus commissions. The role serves as a primary voice for Horseshoe Bay Resort and supports reservations for accommodations, dining, and resort activities. The agent handles incoming inquiries and converts them into confirmed bookings while providing a professional guest experience and supporting resort revenue. The work also includes itinerary documentation, booking follow-up, coordination with group reservations, and resolving guest issues with other teams.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming calls and convert inquiries into room, restaurant, golf, spa, tennis, transportation, and activity reservations
• communicate rates and packages
• document amenity bookings and prepare itineraries
• tabulate bookings and make follow-up calls
• assist Group Reservation Coordinators
• use property management and amenity booking systems
• protect guest confidentiality.
