The manager owns shipping and fulfillment execution across both sites, building a reliable team and standardized processes for regulated, temperature-sensitive shipments. The role is accountable for delivery performance, compliance, cold-chain execution, and shipping costs while working hands-on with the team when operational needs require it.

What you'll do

• Lead daily shipping and fulfillment across Davie and Miami Gardens, including shift coverage and operating rhythms
• work on the floor during volume spikes or staffing shortages
• recruit, train, coach, and manage shipping staff and supervisors
• create and maintain SOPs and KPI dashboards
• ensure FDA, DEA, DOT, and HIPAA compliance and cold-chain controls
• manage carriers, service levels, claims, and escalations
• oversee shipping-side inventory accuracy and FEFO practices
• coordinate with pharmacy operations, quality, compliance, procurement, billing, finance, clients, and suppliers
• travel between the two sites as needed.
