What you'll do

• Read and follow assembly drawings, instructions, work-order travelers, and operation instructions
• maintain assembly records and logs
• maintain IPC J-STD-001 certification and apply soldering skills
• perform hand assembly, soldering, and rework
• identify components and values
• use torque tools
• operate cleaning equipment
• support training of other assemblers
• maintain work areas and equipment
• follow safety procedures and hazardous-material requirements. Advanced duties are performed only when trained.
