What you'll do

• Perform general manager duties
• ensure locations open and close as scheduled and are appropriately staffed
• review daily KPIs and take action to meet goals
• send daily recaps and weekly agendas
• coach and hold teams accountable
• address escalated claims, warranties, and customer complaints
• recruit, interview, and manage staffing
• oversee payroll verification, ordering, and administrative records
• support customer feedback, fleet accounts, training, safety, and facility maintenance.
