What you'll do

  • Oversee daily studio operations and service delivery
  • supervise and guide aesthetic practitioners, medical aestheticians, medical assistants, and front desk personnel
  • monitor KPIs and implement improvement strategies
  • prepare operational and financial reports
  • implement policies and service standards
  • coordinate appointment scheduling
  • maintain inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies, equipment, and products
  • coordinate with the clinical team
  • conduct staff meetings and support training
  • resolve client inquiries, feedback, and complaints
  • oversee marketing and promotional strategies
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and licensing requirements.
