What you'll do

• Greet patients and assist with forms and consents
• schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• maintain appointment schedules and notify clinical staff of changes
• prepare new-patient packets
• register patients and update records
• verify insurance and financial information
• collect and record payments
• balance cash and reconcile receipts
• answer and route calls
• coordinate patient flow with nursing staff
• train others as needed.
