Contracts Administrator (PRN, Approx. 5 Hours per Week)

The Contracts Administrator works onsite in Lake Mary, FL, on a part-time schedule of approximately five hours per week. Pay is $35–$50 per hour. Alcanza Clinical Research conducts multi-site, multi-phase clinical studies across several therapeutic areas. This role drafts and administers contractor and employment agreements, partnering with Human Resources and executive leadership to align contract terms with business objectives and help manage legal and financial risks.

What you'll do

• Administer and maintain 1099 and W-2 contracts
• draft nondisclosure, confidentiality, contractor, employment, consulting, and other agreements and amendments
• interpret contractual terms and compliance requirements
• maintain contract records
• handle sensitive compensation information confidentially.
