What you'll do

• Welcome patients and visitors
• verify identity and documentation
• assist with registration and intake forms
• manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling
• explain post-scan expectations
• coordinate between patients, providers, technologists, and clinical staff
• maintain an organized front desk
• address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
• encourage feedback and support a positive clinic experience.
