The Staff Engineer, Full-Stack – Forge role is onsite in San Mateo, CA, with an annual salary range of $190,000 to $290,000 for the San Mateo location. The role builds full-stack tools and services that help engineers develop, train, and validate autonomous systems. It owns features from user needs and design through implementation, deployment, and support, while improving reusable platform capabilities and reliability across local and cluster environments.

What you'll do

• Build features across React interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data storage
• translate technical workflows into intuitive applications
• design and evolve APIs and data models
• contribute to platform and application architecture
• support software across local workstations, CI/CD, and air-gapped Kubernetes clusters
• test and support features using logs, metrics, traces, and user feedback
• collaborate with users, product, design, and engineering teams.
