What you'll do

• Prepare cost estimates and quantity takeoffs
• analyze plans, specifications, scope, risks, and cost drivers
• solicit and compare subcontractor and supplier quotes
• participate in budgeting, value engineering, and bid strategy
• collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and design teams
• maintain cost data and estimate documentation
• present estimates to stakeholders and clients.
