The Resident Medication Assistant role is onsite in Granite Bay, CA, on the AM shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Sunday through Thursday. Pay is $21.65–$27.32 per hour. Eskaton is a nonprofit aging-services organization with a network of communities for older adults. The assistant provides personal and companion care according to residents’ plans of care, supporting safety, independence, and daily well-being. The role also assists with medication self-administration after required training and coordinates with care staff as directed.

What you'll do

• Provide companion care and personal correspondence assistance
• assist with bathing, dressing, and room organization
• prepare light meals when specified in the care plan
• assist with appointments as directed
• support mobility and exercises as directed
• apply ordered adaptive devices
• assist with medication self-administration after required training
• collect specimens and vital signs as directed
• assist with meals, laundry, activities, and emergency protocols.
