What you'll do

• Provide outpatient family medicine services
• evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• conduct preventive visits and routine health evaluations
• develop treatment and follow-up plans
• prescribe medications and manage therapies
• order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
• coordinate specialist referrals and follow-up
• educate patients
• maintain clinical documentation
• provide culturally responsive care and build trusting patient relationships.
