The Resident Assistant, Weekend Overnight Shift is a part-time, onsite role in Little Falls, MN, scheduled for 24 hours per pay period from 10:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, every other weekend and holiday. Pay is $18.50–$23.65 per hour, based on experience, qualifications and location, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The role is in the Nursing department at Vivie. The assistant provides hands-on support with residents’ daily activities, meals, mobility and social engagement, while helping maintain a safe, comfortable living environment. The role contributes to residents’ dignity, well-being and transition into the community, and reports health or emotional changes to nursing staff.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting and mobility
• support meals, restorative care and life skills
• encourage social, recreational and wellness activities
• assist with housekeeping, laundry and resident spaces
• prepare and serve meals and snacks
• monitor and report changes in residents’ health or emotional well-being
• welcome new residents and support their transition.
