What you'll do

• Teach assigned social work courses using the approved curriculum
• develop syllabi and assignments and prepare course materials
• assess student learning and maintain grading and attendance records
• provide guidance, mentorship, academic advising as appropriate, and timely feedback
• hold designated office hours and communicate with students and colleagues
• attend required meetings and training
• remain current in social work practice, policy, and education and integrate new knowledge into course delivery.

Why this role

Part-time position with variable hours based on course assignments; evening or weekend work may be required. A CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work degree and at least two years of post-MSW practice experience are required; a doctoral degree and university teaching experience are preferred. Active LCSW or equivalent licensure is strongly preferred.
