What you'll do

• Follow residents’ individualized service plans and daily task sheets
• obtain and record vital signs and notify the supervising nurse of deviations
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, positioning, and medication reminders
• document resident progress and maintain records
• support activities and family communication
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• perform assigned housekeeping and, when requested, kitchen duties.
