What you'll do

• Manage room blocking and room assignments for arrivals
• oversee residence, suite, and standard room blocks
• maintain inventory in MARSHA and Lightspeed
• conduct arrival checks and review duplicate reservations and connecting-room requests
• handle guest inquiries and reservation calls
• monitor selling strategies and communicate updates to the Front Desk
• process guest requests and cases in GXP
• support Reservations Specialist functions.
