Associate Director, Strategy Development

The Associate Director, Strategy Development is an onsite, full-time role based in Santa Ana, CA, with up to 35% travel within the United States and Canada. What you'll do

• Lead client engagements and relationships
• own a book of business and strategy-development engagement work
• meet monthly and annual revenue objectives
• maintain project plans, status, next steps, and forecasts
• communicate project information and issues to stakeholders
• manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints
• manage and develop a team of 1–2 employees.
