What you'll do

• Support evangelization and adult faith formation initiatives
• foster small-group discipleship
• recruit, equip, and support volunteers and lay leaders
• coordinate programs, events, retreats, Bible studies, and formation opportunities
• help parishioners connect with the Discipleship Pathway and service
• provide administrative and logistical support
• collaborate with parish staff and ministry leaders
• maintain compliance with Archdiocese policies and Safe Environment protocols.
