What you'll do

• Answer and direct phone calls and respond to questions
• check voicemail daily and return calls within 24 hours
• complete intake forms from service inquiries and new patient referrals
• notify the intake department about new referrals
• collect insurance information and send welcome materials
• manage the waiting area and client check-ins
• alert therapists when clients arrive
• check and respond to web inquiries
• assist with filing charts and paperwork
• prepare intake packets.
