Inside Sales Coordinator

The Inside Sales Coordinator role is onsite in Flint, MI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The role supports the outside sales team with truck equipment sales and customer coordination. This position helps keep sales and order activity moving by preparing quotes, responding to inquiries, coordinating deliveries, and managing warranty and parts orders. It also supports customer service and sales promotion activities.

What you'll do

• Prepare standard and custom quotes for truck equipment installations
• respond to customer and sales inquiries about orders, materials, and delivery status
• research equipment and components
• coordinate quote reviews and truck deliveries
• manage warranty and parts orders, urgent orders, chassis holds and releases, and literature inventory
• assist with walk-in and call-in sales and promotional activities.
