Security Officer, Enhanced Part-Time Unarmed Patrol

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors
• follow security procedures and site-specific policies
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as directed
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points
• report suspicious activity, property concerns, and security incidents
• prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to site management and company leadership.
