What you'll do

• Prepare shipment documentation and operational reports
• maintain inbound and outbound inventory records
• process inventory and shipment data
• coordinate transportation appointments and delivery schedules
• communicate with carriers, external partners, and internal departments
• monitor shipment status and resolve documentation issues
• support inventory reconciliation and audits
• maintain tracking spreadsheets
• learn warehouse and reporting systems
• assist with process improvements, reporting automation, and special projects.
