Exterior Facilities Technician

What you'll do

• Power wash parking lots
• repair potholes
• blow leaves and remove debris
• paint and stripe parking lines
• inspect and maintain fuel pumps, including nozzle and hose checks, filter replacement, and pump calibration
• perform bakery maintenance
• deliver supplies to technicians
• jump-start vehicles and handle basic vehicle maintenance
• complete small paint jobs
• escalate specialized repairs through work orders.
