What you'll do

• Oversee inspection quality and throughput
• manage the work-in-progress pipeline
• resolve buyer-seller disputes involving mechanical, cosmetic, or disclosure issues
• conduct hands-on inspections when needed
• coordinate third-party inspections
• communicate with internal and external customers
• apply auction arbitration policies, NAAA guidelines, and jurisdictional requirements
• maintain records and provide pipeline updates.
