What you'll do

• Oversee MDS accuracy, PDPM compliance, CMI trends, and case-mix capture
• lead weekly PDPM and CMI reviews
• oversee Medicare appeals and coverage reviews
• lead ADR, TPE, and RAC audit responses
• coordinate documentation requests
• oversee QRP validation and survey readiness
• monitor rehabilitation and respiratory operations
• oversee Medicaid enrollment and billing reconciliation
• lead onboarding and standardization across facilities.
