What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security services on the assigned shift at the customer site.
• Act as liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and security officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within the approved empowerment range.
• Prepare written reports and logs, use site-specific wireless technology, and handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
