Retail Sales Associate

Job overview

The Retail Sales Associate position is onsite in Costa Mesa, CA, and is part-time. Compensation is $16.90 per hour. Gopuff and BevMo support customer access to retail products and convenient delivery. The associate provides customer service and supports cashiering, merchandising, replenishment, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment. The role helps maintain store standards, recommend products, fulfill orders accurately, and promote the BevMo ClubBev program and Gopuff app.

What you'll do

• Provide a positive customer experience
• assist with stocking, merchandising, e-commerce operations, and store recovery
• enroll customers in ClubBev and the Gopuff app
• recommend products using product knowledge
• offer substitutions or special orders when applicable
• pick and pack customer orders accurately
• clean and organize the warehouse
• complete other duties as directed.
