The Dental Assistant / Treatment Coordinator role is onsite in Cary, NC. Compensation is $25–$29 per hour. Cary Prosthodontics is seeking an experienced dental professional for a dual clinical and administrative role. The position combines chairside assistance during prosthodontic and related procedures with patient education and treatment coordination. It helps the practice deliver organized clinical care and guide patients through treatment options, scheduling, and financial arrangements.

What you'll do

• Provide chairside assistance during prosthodontic, restorative, cosmetic, and implant procedures
• prepare rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment
• assist with impressions, digital scanning, and temporaries within applicable regulations
• educate patients and document care
• maintain sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance
• present treatment plans
• discuss fees, insurance, and payment options
• coordinate appointments and follow up on pending treatment
• maintain estimates and patient communications.

Why this role

Requires previous dental assisting experience, DAII certification, X-Ray certification, CPR certification, coronal polishing course completion, and at least two years of dental experience. Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
