The Before and/or After School Site Supervisor role is onsite at Pleasant Grove Elementary in Inverness, FL. Pay is $17.55–$20.40 per hour. The YMCA of the Suncoast’s mission is to build healthy spirit, mind, and body through its programs. The supervisor leads the daily operation of a school-age program site, aligning programming with YMCA values and licensing requirements while supporting youth development and relationships with children, families, staff, schools, and the community.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily site operations and maintain a safe, nurturing environment
• design and implement lesson plans for social-emotional learning, academic support, and enrichment
• monitor program quality and licensing compliance
• maintain records
• recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff and volunteers
• facilitate weekly planning meetings
• engage families, school staff, and community stakeholders
• assist with budgets, fee collection, and fundraising
• handle and document emergencies
• maintain safe program spaces.
