The Senior Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Hannibal, OH; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Represent the owner
• oversee design, engineering, procurement, and construction contractors
• monitor site activities, schedules, equipment deliveries, budgets, and quality
• review design documents and contractor submissions
• manage RFIs and change orders
• review progress billings and payment applications
• coordinate commissioning and quality reviews
• report project status
• support contract negotiations, forecasting, due diligence, and site assessments.
