• Lead Finance Transformation initiatives focused on mindset and behavior change
• partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to define behavioral expectations and adoption milestones
• drive adoption of new processes and operating models
• develop integrated communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement strategies
• assess stakeholder readiness and barriers
• track adoption and culture metrics
• and coach managers and teams to sustain change.
