What you'll do

• Guide production staff
• operate and monitor production-line equipment
• verify materials, resin selection, and line configuration
• perform resin changeovers and material connections
• adjust machine settings
• follow SOPs and safety procedures
• identify equipment issues and follow lockout/tagout procedures
• maintain production and quality records
• coordinate shift handovers
• troubleshoot defects and downtime
• assign duties and adjust workflow
• support quality checks, training, and continuous improvement.
