Part-Time Morning Member Experience Consultant

The Part-Time Morning Member Experience Consultant works onsite in Jefferson City, TN. Compensation is $12–$14 per hour. The role supports Workout Anytime - Shepherd’s fitness club and its member experience. This position welcomes and assists members while supporting membership sales and daily club operations. By conducting tours, following up with leads, and helping with marketing events and maintenance, the consultant contributes to member engagement and the club’s service and growth goals.

What you'll do

• Promote Workout Anytime’s brand, clubs, and services
• greet and check in members
• answer phones
• sell and set up memberships
• seek referrals
• conduct guest tours
• assist with daily maintenance
• participate in or manage marketing events
• follow up with assigned leads, renewals, and other lead lists by phone and email
• follow club processes and procedures.
