What you'll do

• Communicate with assigned homebuyers
• use the technology platform and agent tools to organize property tours, manage offers, and respond to inquiries
• attend property tours and provide insights
• conduct comparable market analysis
• guide buyers from offer through closing, including offer preparation, negotiation, referrals, board package preparation, and final walk-throughs.
