Lead Retail Associate

Job overview

What you'll do

• Lead by example in creating a friendly, organized environment
• support the Store Manager with sales goals and store projects
• train, coach, and motivate retail associates
• assist with merchandising, rotation pulls, and displays
• operate the register and handle cash
• assist customers
• maintain a clean, safe, well-stocked store
• help detect and prevent loss.
