Medical Assistant — Hybrid, Naples Area

What you'll do

• Prepare and review patient charts, histories, medication lists, and related records in the EMR
• assist APRNs with documentation and administrative tasks
• identify missing documentation and follow up
• coordinate provider schedules, follow-up appointments, referrals, and patient-care needs
• communicate with facility staff
• obtain records
• track outstanding tasks
• maintain accurate EMR entries and patient confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.
